Alandia's War Part 1In a time long before man, seedlings took root. The water from Essuni Lake gave the trees life. The trees could speak, walk, and uproot themselves to survive without the confines of a rooted life in soil. The trees called themselves Treants. These treants learned of the natural order from Gaea, the spirit of the earth. Gaea always spoke through a select few treants of great wisdom. Those few treants collected and formed a council. Those that have lived for 4,000 or more years are considered Elders in treant society. Others living for 7,000 or more years are refered to as Ancients.
